i forget the exact words but the general gist of the conversation was familiar… exactly how the East Europeans were arriving in London and sending their benefits back to Poland and Russia, but they were at least hard working, the problem in reality being the Muslims. The one who was a referee and delighted in telling female hecklers that they should be at home making the dinner, then regaled us with stories of working in the jungle that is London. How he had gone into estates in London to fix lines where BT wouldn’t dare go in. His friend responded with how he and his mate, “the guy was as black as the ace of spades”, had been the only white man in a Brixton pub on the night the riots started. Chelsea’s son wanted to go to Brixton with his mates for the Beatbox Championships. There was no way that Chelsea would let his son go anywhere near to Brixton. West Ham new exactly what he meant. He worked in Cannon Street and commuted everyday but wouldnt dare go out in London anymore. It seemed that all was not well with Sittingbourne man. As Chelsea concluded…its like my old man says…This country has gone to the dogs if i had half a chance Id leave tomorrow!
